So many think they cannot but meditate but this anyone can do this. It takes no effort, no trying, no practice. You just get really comfortable and listen to my voice. This guided meditation is a simple, subtle, safe and gentle technique that produces pleasurable results that include refreshing rest and substantial stress release.
