The DO NOTHING Meditation

This is the simplest and most potent mediation technique and it takes absolutely no effort, no learning, and no trying.  If you can think, you can meditate.  Most who experience this technique are mystified that it can be so simplistic and yet so effective.  I irreverently call it the “do nothing meditation” but in fact it is from the ancient Zen Buddhist tradition.
